The Necessity of Unhappiness - A Paradox

Nobody wants to spend a moment longer on being unhappy than is unavoidable. And yet, paradoxically, when we understand its fundamental nature, private or innermost unhappiness is the door through which we can walk into a world of deep contentment with ourselves and our lives.
